Proton launched their new Satria Neo R3 last day. The car is essentially a Neo CPS 1.6 replacement and on upgrading version. The power output of Satria Neo R3 could delivered 125 hp at 6,500 rpm and 150 Nm at 4,500 rpm.

The R3 design featured titanium-coloured side protector moulding, six spoke 16-inch alloys wrapped with 195/50 Continental MC5 rubbers. The inferior of Satria Neo R3 including upholstery for seats and a double-DIN multimedia player with navigation.
The safety features are dual airbags and ABS with EBD. It available in three colours; Tranquility Black, Fire Red and GTi Silver. The price for Satria Neo R3 Executive Line MT manuals are RM 61,250 with the Executive Line AT is for RM64,250. For optional upgrader there’s a R3 Satria Neo ECU upgrade and full exhaust system add RM2,841, R3 belt and aluminium pulley RM 315 as well as R3 lowering spring set at RM541.
For bookings and registration made by December 31, 2012 the signature R3 side stripe and front grille decal will be free.
